Paul Weaver

Paul Weaver
Paul Weaver is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Lodestar Guidance and CEO of Weaver Leather, LLC.

Paul has spent the past 40 years in a variety of leadership roles. Over the past 34 years, he has led his family business, Weaver Leather, from three employees to over 300. Twenty-five years ago, he adopted a character-based program, and it has been essential to the growth and success of the company.

Without character,
we will never reach
our full potential. And
that’s why I am so
passionate about it.

Motivated by the impact the program had on his employees, Paul expanded the character program to include character building, culture, leadership, and faith. The 48 principles of Lodestar Guidance are a compilation of the characteristics Paul desires organizations to adopt for creating cultures where individuals grow and thrive where they are planted.

These principles can be utilized in church environments, prison ministries, leadership training, and other organizations that promote personal development. When implemented over a period of time, this program will prove to transform you and your team.

Paul and Gladys, his wife of 43 years, live near Millersburg, Ohio and have a son, Eugene, a daughter, Jennifer, and four grandsons. Paul enjoys hunting, shooting sports, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
